Our Story
Norovain is operated by Hangzhou Aixun Trading Co., Ltd.(杭州艾迅贸易有限公司), a company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Hangzhou, China. With nearly ten years of experience in the apparel industry, we specialize in the design, development, and distribution of men's outerwear, with a primary focus on coats and jackets.
What began as a small team passionate about creating practical and well-made clothing has grown into a direct-to-consumer brand serving customers primarily in the United States. By partnering with established manufacturers and maintaining direct communication with our customers, we aim to deliver reliable products while offering competitive pricing by removing unnecessary intermediaries.
We are committed to transparency and strive to build long-term trust with our customers through honest product descriptions, clear policies, and responsive customer service.
