At Norovain, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Two Types of Returns
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, or color): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Defective or incorrect items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what was ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at service@noravain.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the return to the following address:

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days. Please note that due to varying bank processing times, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items or sizing issues at no additional cost (subject to availability). Please follow the same return process above and indicate your preferred exchange size/color in the request.
Important Information
- Items that do not meet the return conditions will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- No restocking fees are charged on eligible returns.
- Sale or clearance items may have separate return conditions.
