Shipping policy

Welcome to Norovain’s Shipping Policy. We are committed to providing transparent and reliable shipping services for all our customers in the United States. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse located within the United States to ensure faster and more efficient domestic delivery.
Shipping Destinations
Norovain currently ships only to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If you are located outside the contiguous U.S., please check back in the future as we may expand our shipping areas.
Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) are usually processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET or during weekends will be processed on the next business day. Our standard processing window is 1 business day.

Delivery Estimates
Once your order is shipped from our U.S. warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow additional time during peak seasons such as holidays.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. The final tax amount is clearly displayed before you confirm and complete your purchase. Norovain collects and remits sales tax in accordance with state regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-ship the order. We recommend double-checking your address before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@noravain.com. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the package following our Refund Policy.

- Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or high order volume periods.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- We ship exclusively from within the United States to provide the best possible delivery experience for our customers.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be accommodated before the order is processed and shipped.
